ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent police to investigate the case in Cr.M.P.No.2155 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi has already passed an order under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C directing the respondent police to register a case and investigate the same and file a final report.

3. In view of the directions given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, the respondent police is directed to register an F.I.R and proceed with the investigation in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
