.. Contemnors PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the contemnors/respondents for their wanton and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3037 of 2019, dated 12.02.2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 06.04.018 and count my teaching services of the Petitioner from 27th November 1979 to 31st May 1991 as B.T. Assistant in Christian Welfare High School at Thadikarankonam, Kanyakumari Dist for the purpose of fixation of pay and pension in the light of the judgment of the Honble Division Bench in WA(MD):291 & 292 of 2008 dated 26.06.2008 and render justice. ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents / contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.3037 of 2019, dated 12.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD).No.927 of 2019 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that for compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.02.2019, the third respondent has passed an order on 14.08.2019. In this regard, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1851/E4/2019, dated 14.08.2019. The said order was also communicated to the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks copy of the said order.

3.Recording the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 14.08.2019 and the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to get a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 14.08.2019 from the office of the Government Pleader attached to this Bench.
