ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and Letter in D.No.402 /2021 dated 30.06.

The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 26.11.2020 has directed the trial Court to dispose of the GWOP.No. 217 of 2019, at the very earliest not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Judge, Family Court, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil has submitted a requisition letter, dated 30.06.2021 stating the due to Covid - 19 Lock down neither the parties nor the counsel have not turned up and hence, the trial could not be completed and seeks six months time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial Court. Accordingly, six months time is granted from the date of resumption of regular functioning of the trial Court.
