PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to delete the entry made in the Encumbrance Certificate as if the proceedings under Section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act , 1899 is pending, in-view of representation dated 20.02.2025, within the stipulated time which this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent No.3 to delete the entry made in the Encumbrance Certificate as if the proceedings under Section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 is pending, in-view of representation dated 20.02.2025, within the stipulated time which this Court.

2. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
