2.The District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, Ramanathapuram District. : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Returned Order Nil, dated 10.02.2017 passed by the second respondent and quash the same, consequently, directing the respondents to provide duty as Watchman, by treating the petitioner as a regular duty and pay salary to the petitioner during the period of medical leave from 19.11.2016 to till date.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
2. The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned note of the second respondent dated 10.02.2017, which is not an order and therefore, it is not a justiciable and the impugned note states https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that the petitioner should approach the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram. Therefore, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. Be that as it may, the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, has issued a memorandum dated 16.03.2017, directing the petitioner to join duty as Watchman in the second respondent Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to join duty, as per the said order.
3. In view of the above, there is no further order necessary in the Writ Petition. Hence, recording the proceedings of the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, dated 16.03.2017, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
