Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2016 and consequently directing the second respondent to issue order to conduct Independent Audit and Enquiry upon the supervision of the third respondent against the fifth respondent to excavate the illegalities and forgery at Gengarayakurichi Primary Agri-Cooperative Society. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Anandan For Respondents 2 to 4 : Mr.M.Govindan, Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.11.2016 alleged to have been given by the petitioner, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 2 to 4. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the remaining respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that with regard to misappropriation of funds in the society mentioned in the petition, a representation has been given on 11.11.2016, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 11.11.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
