This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court.II, Kuzhithurai to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No. 153 of 2014.

2. It is seen from records that Final Report was filed by the respondent police and the same has been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate Court.II, Kuzhithurai in C.C. No.153 of 2014. Thereafter, the case is being adjourned time and again and the trial itself has not effectively started in this case.
