The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 14.07.2020 passed in W.P.(MD).No.7574 of 2020 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that both the parties have settled their dispute in a pending civil suit in O.S.No.14 of 2020 before the learned District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru.
