This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 03.06.2022 made in E.A.No.01 of 2022 in E.P.No.17 of 2020 in O.S.No.290 of 2011 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam and set aside the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has settled out of Court and hence the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
