This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge sheet in P.R.C.No.76 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, 1/4

Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submits that the trial was commenced and it is in the stage of the examination of the investigating officer.

3. By taking note of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with the following terms:

(i) The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District, is hereby directed to dispose of the case in P.R.C.No.76 of 2019, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii)The petitioner is at liberty to raise his contentions before the trial Court.
