PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second and third respondent police not to harass the petitioner and direct them not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry without due process of law. For Petitioner : No appearance For R1 to R3 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor O R D E R This petition is filed to direct the second and third respondent police not to harass the petitioner and direct them not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and it was closed on 23.11.2019, on the basis of the statement given by the petitioner stating that no further action is required.
