************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment in Survey No.110/6 in Enathikarambai Village, Peravurani Circle, Thanjavur District.

2.The writ petitioner has submitted a representation dated 01.02.2016 in this regard. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed after issuing notice to the alleged encroacher and by following statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
