PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants the respondents to carryout survey and measurement in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner's counsel asserts that there is no rival claim.
3.Taking note of the said submission, the respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondents shall relegate the petitioner to move appropriate civil Court.
