ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents / contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.3038 of 2019, dated 12.02.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that for compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.02.2019, the third respondent has passed an order on 14.08.2019. In this regard, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1851/E4/2019, dated 14.08.2019. The said order was also communicated to the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks copy of the said order.

3.Recording the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 14.08.2019 and the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to get a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 14.08.2019 from the office of the Government Pleader attached to this Bench.
