On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet was filed on 28.10.2022 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.2715 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and the case was posted to 17.05.2023 for appearance of the accused.

4. In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
