ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 3, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 4 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the fifth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a devotee of Pambalamman Temple, situated at Thulukkampatti Village, 2/5

Ponnambalapatti Post, Vaiayampatti, Manamadurai Taluk, Trichy District and that the temple festival has commenced on 09.06.2025 to be held till 16.06. 2025.

3. It is the further case of the petitioner that the Executive Officer of the said Temple appointed eight Poosaries, who are conducting the temple festival.

4. It is the further case of the petitioner that two sets of people are having an altercation, as a result of which the temple festival has not been conducted in a manner as it is required to be conducted. Hence, it is submitted that the third respondent has to be directed to ensure that the temple festival is conducted under the supervision of the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the temple festival has commenced and the temple festival is being conducted in a peaceful manner by the Executive Officer and that if needed, the help of the local Police will be taken.
