Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALANISAMY T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10973 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17415 of 2021 dated 11.11.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on condition that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9041 of 2023 the petitioners shall jointly pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
