ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition to issue writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey the petitioner's lands comprised in S.Nos.220 253/4 217/1 217/2 218/2 219/1 219/3 219/4 219/4 and 219/6 situated in Oonjampatti Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District. 2.Heard Mr.K.Appadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has already filed an application on 03.02.2014 before the first respondent to survey and measure his lands in the above mentioned survey numbers along with necessary payment for the above exercise. Despite the same, the first respondent did not conduct any survey on the said lands. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that they are ready to survey the lands, if relevant documents are produced by the petitioner showing his title relating to the above said lands.
5.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conduct survey of the above said lands, on production of documents by the petitioner showing his title and also with reference to revenue records. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
