Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 483(1)(b) of Bharatiya Nagark Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (439(1) (b) of Cr.P.C.,) to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri in Crl.M.P.No.913 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024, as to report before the second respondent police Station instead of first respondent Police Station. This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, in Crl.M.P.No.913 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024.

2.The petitioner was enlarged on bail in Crl.M.P.No.913 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri,, on certain conditions, one of which is follows: "4. the petitioners / Accused directed to appear before this respondent police daily once at 10.00 A.M sign daily for a period of 15 days. "

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that, " the petitioner / Accused directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kadayanallur Police Station, Tenkasi District daily once at 10.00 A.M sign daily for a period of 15 days ". Rest of the conditions shall remain the same.
