This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to forward the petitioner's family pension proposal, sent by the petitioner letter, dated 27.02.2017, who is the wife of the Damodaran, who was worked as Tradesman under the third respondent Corporation, Tirunelveli Region at Thoothukudi, within a stipulated time.

learned takes notice for the first and second respondents and Mr.K.Sathyasingh, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband was working as Tradesman in the Transport Corporation and retired on 28.02.1994. Thereafter, he received pension regularly. After his demise, the petitioner herein is entitled to get family pension. But the same has not been disposed to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 27.02.2017 to the respondent concern. The learned counsel further submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.02.2017, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
