Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.

ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3845 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16378 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.1284 of 2022, dated 07.03.2023.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court while granting suspension of sentence, directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Court once in a week and subsequently, the condition was modified to the effect that they were directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 am.

3.Considering the above and also the fact that the condition was modified on 07.03.2023, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition further.

4. In the result, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
