ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a police protection to the petitioner and her husband namely Veerasankar. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there was a inter-caste marriage between the petitioner and one Veerasankar. The third respondent is the father of the petitioner. Ever since the marriage, there has been a serious life threat to the petitioner and her husband and they are not even allowed to enter into the village. given by the petitioner in this regard on 17.09.2018. 3.The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the parties can be made to appear before the police station in order to resolve the dispute.

4.The second respondent is directed to call the parties for an enquiry and give sufficient instructions on the complaint made by the petitioner after hearing both the parties. It is made clear that the second respondent shall ensure that no threat or violence takes place in this case between the parties. If inspite of instructions, any of the parties indulge in violence, immediate action shall be taken against them in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
