ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute, which is pending in A.S.No.49 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the instance of the fifth respondent, the police authorities are providing protection to the fifth respondent to put up boundary stones when the civil suit is pending.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that a complaint has been lodged as against the petitioner on 15.05.2026 and they would complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks. 2/5
4. It is made clear that the respondent police shall not interfere, in case, if the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent reveals that it is a civil dispute. The enquiry shall be completed within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
