ORDER

Both the parties are appeared before this Court and a compromise memo, dated 25.04.2025 has also been filed before this Court. The revision petitioner has settled the permanent alimony to a tune of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), out of which an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) has already been paid in cash. The remaining amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is deposited to the credit of M.C.No.34 of 2011 on the file of Family Court, Madurai.

2. The respondent wife is permitted to withdraw the said amount by filing appropriate petition before the learned Trial Court. The learned Trial Court is directed to appreciate the petition to be filed by the wife forthwith. The compromise memo, dated 25.04.2025 shall form part and parcel of the order and the same is extracted hereunder: 2/6
