KARTHIKANNA.N, Advocate for the petitioner and non appeared either by person or through by an Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the Criminal revision case against the order that has been passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Family Court, Madurai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is also ready to deposit Rs.1,00,000/-.
