Prayer:This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that there was a dispute between the petitioner's family and the third respondent's family with regard to common pathway. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent police, now after completing enquiry, a complaint has been closed as civil dispute and the respondents 2 and 3 are not harassing the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, respondents 2 and 3 have only conducted an enquiry, thereafter, the complaint was closed as civil dispute and they are not harassing the petitioner, no further order is required in this case.
