(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J.) The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the Tahsildar, Virudhunagar in and by which, the order passed by the District Collector, Virudhunagar has been intimated to the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the respondents that in pursuance of the interim order, the petitioners were put in possession of the property and they repaid the entire loan amount, except a meagre sum of Rs.15,000/-. It is also stated that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
