Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the "Panguni Festival" as well as other programmes and also to conduct the "Innisai Katcheri" on 07.04.2017 at about 09.00 pm to 02.00 am in "Arulmigu Kalasamy Temple" situated at Poolangulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District. [Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Innisai Katcheri in the place mentioned on 07.04.2017 from 09.00 p.m., to 02.00 a.m., by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has represented to the effect that examination for Xth Standard are going on. sought in the Writ Petition cannot be granted. 4.It is seen from the records that on 20.03.2017 a representation has been given, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 20.03.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and give necessary permission by way of considering Xth Standard examination and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
