Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned Government Order in para 9(v)(c) of GO(Ms)No.12, Public Works (W1) Department dated 21.01.2017 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondents to allow to execute the Kudimaramath restoration of water bodies with participatory approach work by farmers organization formed as per the Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Systems Act, 2000 (TNFMIS Act) and farmers' council (established in the year 1975 for Kudimaramath work by the PWD) alone and further direct the respondent to form water users Association in all over Tamil Nadu as per the provisions of TNFMIS Act, 2000.
