Prayer in WP(MD).No.16512 of 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to complete the remaining demolition of dobikana (washing) building belonging to government situated nearby community hall in the 5th respondent village panchayat as per the proceedings of 1st respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.28/2020/T4 dt 06.03.2020 and work order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.745/2020/A3 dt 19.06.2020.within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently initiate penal action against the 6th respondent for wrongful restraint and interference in the exercise of function of the respondents 1 to 5 herein under the law.

ORDER:- Writ Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof the earlier order of this court dated 23/11/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Pandiyan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, Special Government Pleader On Behalf of the Respondents No.1, 2 and 4 and of Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, Advocate For the Respondents No.3 and 5, this Court made the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD). No.16512 of 2020 (Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) When the matter is taken up today for reporting compliance, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 5 produced the photographs to show that the Dobikana building has been demolished as per order of this Court, dated 23.11.2020.

2. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition, as the order of this Court, dated 23.11.2020, has been complied with.
