ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the impugned First Information Report registered in Crime No.336 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul, and same was not taken on file sofar.

3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul to process the report submitted by the first respondent within a time as per the rules. After completing the process of filing, compliance Report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
