2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4744 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
