Advocate) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6238 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.352 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6238 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.352 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli, once in a month on the first working day, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
