ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and conduct enquiry on the basis of his complaint dated 04.05.2026, which is lodged as against the respondents 3 to 6 herein.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, they have not received any complaint personally, but only through post, they have received a complaint. He further submits that unless and until the complainant appears in person and produces her Aadhaar Card, CSR cannot be generated. He also submits that a summons has been issued to the petitioner on 18.05.2026 to appear in person.
3. In view of the abovesaid facts, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent along with all the records. In 2/4
case, if the complaint reveals any cognizable offence, the second respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
