This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash proceedings in C.C.No.69 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi. The defacto complainant-Esakkiramachandran is present in person. He is duly identified by his counsel Mr.Thirumalai Kumar. The petitioner does not want to pursue the matter. No purpose will be served in continuing the prosecution. This impugned proceedings stands quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
