ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 288 of 2024 within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/3

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.The petitioner is the second defendant in O.S.No.288 of 2024 filed by the respondents 1 and 2 herein / plaintiffs herein for the relief of declaration. According to the petitioner, even after filing of the written statement, in order to drag on the proceedings, the plaintiffs are filing interlocutory application. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the fact that the suit has been filed only in the year 2024, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.288 of 2024 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
