ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1082 of 2015 in S.C.No.27 of 2013 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act 1989, Sivagangai, dated 05.10.2020 and discharge the petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,14.03.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 14.03.2023 das 2/4
