2. The appellant herein filed H.M.O.P.No.115 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul seeking divorce. The HMOP was dismissed on 29.03.2019. Questioning the same, this appeal came to be filed.

3. During the pendency of the appeal, the respondent passed away on 02.02.2023. Nothing survives for further adjudication. This civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
