ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to appoint the Petitioner as Anganwadi Organizer at Notchivayal Anganwadi Centre on the basis of the interview held on 5.9.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that one Muneeswari has been appointed as Anganwadi Worker. Hence the Petitioner is not entitled for any relief as sought for in the Writ Petition.
4.If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment order made in favour of the above said Muneeswari, it is open to her to challenge the same in accordance with law and as the said Muneeswari is not made as a party respondent in this Writ Petition, only after hearing the said Muneeswari, any decision will be taken by the appropriate forum. In view of the above said submission, no further orders is required in this Writ Petition.
5.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
