This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to appoint the petitioner as Anganvadi Organizer at Seenangudi Anganvadi center on the basis of the interview held on 04.09.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.When the mater is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that one Amaravathi was appointed and on account of certain defects, the appointment order issued to the said Amaravathi has been cancelled and thereafter, no one was appointed in the said place. At the time of appointment in the existing vacancy, the case of all the eligible candidates as that of the petitioner will be considered and if the petitioner is found otherwise eligible, her case will be considered. In view of the above said submission, no further orders is required in this writ petition.
