ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner and the private respondents are siblings. The petitioner wants electricity service connection for the petition mentioned premises. It is said to be a commercial building. Civil suit is pending between the parties. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the civil suit. The petitioner's request for grant of electricity service connection ought not to be deferred or denied on this ground. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to provide electricity service connection for the petition mentioned premises subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.

3.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
