O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to issue patta by making necessary sub division in favour of petitioner in respect of property in Tirunelveli District, Palayamkottai Taluk, Palayamkottai village, 25th Ward comprising S.No.2104 extent about 467 1/2 sq.ft (1.07 Cents) based on the petitioners representation dated 29.05.2024 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate leader appearing for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents seeking patta. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2/5

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the 4th respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2024, conduct enquiry by hearing all the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
