This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2023 and rectify the street name in Town Survey Land Register by removing the name "Orakkattanmalai Road" and replace the same as "N.M.Store Street" in eSLR.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner, dated 13.09.2023 in the light of the Town Survey Land Register after conducting physical inspection to the subject street and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
