O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to take immediate action to fill up the posts lying vacant in the Registration Department. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader by producing copy of the notification issued by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission submitted that action only be taken for fill up all the posts.

3.We direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take earnest steps for filling up all the posts in the Registration Department as expeditiously as possible.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
