Respondents/Respondents/Defendants Prayer:- This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin to complete the trial and dispose of the Pauper Original Petition filed by the petitioner in P.O.P.No.180 of 2016 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within a time stipulation as fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin vide the Letter in D.No.3231 of 2021 dated: 04.08.2021 and upon having Mr.S.Balaji, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: Today when the matter is listed before this Court, for seeking extension of time.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the P.O.P No. 180 of 2016 has already been disposed of and that, no further extension of time is required.
