2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to take action based on the petitioner's complaint.

3. The petitioner has not exhausted the remedy set out in Cr.P.C. The petitioner can move the superior officer or knock the doors of the jurisdictional Magistrate. Filing of this writ petition directly may not be proper.
