O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 3 to appoint the petitioner as Anganvadi Assistant at Pullanthai Anganvadi center on the basis of the interview held on 04.09.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for hearing for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.When the mater is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced an order

of appointment dated 13.08.2018 issued to one Mangaleswari, appointing her as Anganwadi Assistant at Pulanthai Anganvadi Centre. 4.In view of the above submission, since already a person has been appointed, the relief as such sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Based on the interview held on 04.09.2017, another person has been appointed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to her to challenge the same after making the said Mangaleswari as a party.

5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
