ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2022.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.07.2022, CSR.No.86 of 2022 has been assigned and for the same, 2/4

enquiry is pending.

4.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to take suitable action upon the representation, dated 07.07.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
