O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.07.2019 and give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the private respondent, 3 cases have been registered, because of the life threat, that has been made by him.

3.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that after a lapse of two years, the petitioner made a representation.

Crl.OP(MD)No.10435 of 2019 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that due to the cases, that has been registered against the fourth respondent, in one case, he was found guilty and also paid fine amount. Now, there is no trouble, between the petitioner and the private respondent.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner that if any trouble arises in future, he workout his remedy, through appropriate proceedings.
