This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to give Police Protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.04.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint seeking police protection was closed after conducting an elaborative enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the main complaint itself was closed after enquiry, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
